    George I Wow

There is no doubt that George WOW’s pedigree makes him one of the most impressive foals, not only among those we have bred, but also in the European panorama of sport horses!

    His sire CONTENDER I

His sire is the famous Contendro I, the best stallion in the world for three years in a row and also the sire of eventers as well as offspring that have been among the best 20 in show jumping for six years. Contendro I was the winner of the performance test in Adelheidsdorf and has sired remarkable horses such as Conthendrix (Andre Thieme), winner of the CSI5* Grand Prix in New York and the Nations Cup in Lummen; Codex One (Christian Ahlmann) winner of the Aachen Grand Prix, the GCT CSI5* in Berlin and Cosby (Alberto Zorzi), second in the GCL CSI5* GP in Paris; Contiki (N. Dello Joio) Cold Play, Captain, Copperfield 40 and many other international winners. Versatility and an impeccable pedigree have made Contendro I one of the best stallions currently available.
What is more, his maternal line is well represented in our broodmare Cassiopee de Hus, uterine sister to Contendro I himself but by the stallion Cassini.

    CONTENDRO I

    Dam and brothers

George WOW’s dam is Allegria Van Schuttershof, full sister to the progenitor Kashmir Van Schuttershof, an international show jumper ridden by Philippe le Jeune and now one of the best stallions in the world. He has sired over 90 show jumpers competing in 1.60m classes and also horses such as Reveur de Hurtebise, Olympic team champion in Rio 2016 and placed second in Caen in 2014 ridden by Kevin Staut as well as H&M All In, 2017 European champion and Olympic silver medallist in 2016 ridden by Peder Fredricson…
There are also other top-level siblings such as Sissi Van Schuttershof, a horse that jumped 1.55m classes ridden by Jur Vrieling, winning the 2011 Nations Cup in Hamina as well as several Grands Prix. Another is Pristine Van Schuttershof, dam to Triomphe Van Schuttershof (by Oklund), an exceptional international showjumper and winner of the 2014 Italian championships with Davide Sbardella.
Lastly, Qualine van Schuttershof is also out of Fines Van Kameren (by Power Light) and dam of U Chin Van Schuttershof, (by Chin Chin), approved stallion and international winner (1.55m classes) ridden by Laurent Goffinet.
